Leonard Lauder can surely buy anything he lays his eyes on thanks to the $21 billion fortune he accumulated over the years. His parents, Joseph and Estée Lauder, were the founders of the Estée Lauder Companies. He became the company's CEO in 1999.

His hard work paid off because he's now their chairman emeritus. During his time as CEO, the company entered The New York Stock Exchange and acquired other brands like Bobbi Brown and MAC. In 2020, Leonard released a memoir titled  The Company I Keep: My Life in Beauty.

Pang Kang - China - $31.6 billion

While some billionaires don't mind people knowing more personal details about them, some like Chinese billionaire Pang Kang would instead remain private. He currently serves as Foshan Haitian Flavouring & Food Co.'s chairman and is worth $31.6 billion.

They're among the largest suppliers of soy sauce from China. He initially served as an executive for the  Hai Tian Sauce Shop. Kang helped them become a limited company in the mid-'90s, and he made a $60K-worth investment to become a shareholder. The company later got renamed Foshan Haitian Flavoring & Food.

The Evergrande Group is among the largest real estate developers in China. Xu Jiayin, also known as Hui Ka Yan, is the company's chairman and sources estimate his current fortune to be around $27.2 billion. He is their largest shareholder, and he took them public in 2009.

They reportedly have more than 800 projects in over 280 cities. Hui had some humble beginnings, for he spent a decade working as a steel factory technician. In recent years, mounting debts caused his fortune to plummet down, and the COVID-19 pandemic was undoubtedly bad for his business.

During the mid-'50s, Singaporean Goh Cheng Liang put up his first paint shop. It brought him a decent amount of earnings for many years, and then he became  Nippon Paint's leading distributor in the early '60s. By 1974, he established Wuthelam Holdings, which helped him grow a $19.9 billion fortune.

His company is a manufacturer of coating and paint. He doesn't keep all his money to himself, for he also supports different charitable causes. Goh has his own foundation called the Goh Foundation made massive donations over the years. Since 2018, Goh's son named Goh Hup Jin, has been Nippon Paint's chairman.

He Xiangjian is one of the founders of Mideo, a massive appliance maker in China. Forbes estimates that his net worth as of January 2021 is at a whopping $40.1 billion. Midea's beginnings happened in the late '60s when he and 23 Beijao residents decided to form a lid production company.

The company eventually became Midea and gave its founders a jaw-dropping amount of income. In 2012, Xiangjian ended up stepping down from operations. He went through a lot in 2020 due to an attempted kidnapping incident. The local police eventually arrested the criminals.
