People witnessed her struggles, and she had to change her weight for good. Amber was able to lose more than 400 pounds from surgery, dieting, and exercising. She can still continue to lose more weight as long as she maintains a healthy lifestyle. Rachdi is currently a rising Instagram influencer, for she has over 140K followers.

Joe also had his excess skin removed, and this boosted his confidence. He was able to find love with a woman named Sarah after losing weight. They got married in 2016 and have a daughter together. Sadly, Joe revealed in 2019 that their marriage came to an end after he cheated on her.

The guy she was married to didn't want her to pursue her own dreams, and he just wanted her to stay home all the time. She later started following a healthier diet program and began working out more. All her efforts led to her losing more than 420 pounds already. Her new physique allows her to watch concerts and go on adventures with her friends. As of today, she and her husband Bill are still happily married to each other.
Milla Clark - 600 Lbs

She was also able to have excess skin removal surgery twice already, so she's looking fabulous today. In 2019, McCamey and her girlfriend Mary Washington tied the knot. She is active on Social Media and is often sharing weight-loss inspiration to her followers.

Now, Doug isn't following a strict diet anymore, and it looks like he's contented with his figure. Let's hope he inspires his kids to stay fit and not follow in his footsteps. Armstrong was close to fellow My 600-lb Life star LB Bonner who allegedly took his own life back in 2018.

Seeing his parents go through a divorce is what pushed Gideon Yeakley to have uncontrollable eating habits at a young age. He never got it under control, so he later ended up becoming a huge man as he got older. On My 600-lb Life, he was able to change his life for good by going under the knife.
The surgery he got made him drop at least 250 pounds. Unfortunately, it hasn't been easy maintaining his weight, but at least he is a changed person. Gideon is happily married to his wife, Kayleigh, who was able to finish her studies in recent years. They are raising two children together.
Chuck Turner - 433 Lbs

Chuck Turner could barely do anything for his former wife and family back then because being more than 600 pounds left him immobile. When she left him, he just became depressed, and this caused him to gain more.
When he joined My 600-lb Life, Chuck was finally able to hit the restart button on his life and do something about his weight. His successful surgery made him lost around 433 pounds. He is struggling to maintain a strict diet plan today, but it's nice to see that he isn't eating as bad as he used to. Turner claims he is still on the search for "the one".

Marla McCants' life changed since her time on My 600-lb Life. However, interviews she's done over the years suggests that she isn't really a fan of the show's production. She says that the producers of the show exhibited fakery at times.
Nonetheless, Marla is still thankful to Dr. Nowzaradan, who performed the gastric bypass on her. She was able to shed over 266 pounds. Not much is known about her personal life today. What is known is that she wants to write a memoir about her experiences in the past years.
Donald Shelton - 300 Lbs

His condition has left him unable to walk until today, but at least he isn't as big as he used to be. Shelton was rumored to have passed away, but it was apparently his father, who shared the same name.

He later changed his lifestyle as well and got excess skin removal surgery too. Today, it is believed that Chad had lost an impressive 400 pounds all in all. He is now fond of riding motorcycles and released a memoir titled I’m In Here Somewhere: Memoir of a Food Addict.

Mayra Rosales was once so big that she was known as the heaviest woman on earth. As a matter of fact, she was about 1,036 pounds at her heaviest! But can you believe that she was able to shed a jaw-dropping 800 pounds? Yes, she was able to do this through surgery and a lifestyle change.
Mayra definitely looks like a completely different person today. Back in the late 2000s, she was accused of being the reason why her nephew died. She allegedly fell on him and "crushed" him. It was later revealed that the boy's mother was the one responsible for the death.
